In its early years, both public and commercial organisations that needed evidatial and forensic testing for administrative and research objectives were given access to a variety of analytical procedures. It should be emphasised that ABrC is an ISO/IEC 17025 accreditated laboratory.
Analytical Biochemistry Research Centre (ABrC)
Doping Control Center (DCC) and Center for Advanced Analytical Toxicology Services (CAATS) merged on December 4th, 2015, to create Analytical Biochemistry Research Centre (ABrC) . In order to serve the country, ABrC is dedicated to maintaining the best calibre of analytical services under the auspices of Universiti Sains Malaysia.
